Grab your Valentine or Galentine! Backstage has partnered with Carbliss, Vern’s Cheese, Hoard’s Dairyman Farm Creamery, and Carr Valley Cheese for a night of cheese and Carbliss pairing. Guests will sample 4 Carbliss inspired cocktails along with a cheese that has been carefully paired.
Learn about the cheese making process. Take home the recipes and some cheese for your Valentine’s Day Date Night or next Girl’s Night! Each guest will receive a gift bag with a block of cheese and Carbliss swag!

Parking is FREE after 6pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday in the Cherry Street Ramp located at 202 Cherry Street (entrance on Cherry between Washington & Adams).
Street parking is also available around the Meyer Theatre and is free after 6pm.
