TicketStar is the only authorized ticket seller for events at the Resch Center, Meyer Theatre, North Star Mohican Casino, and Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center. As the primary ticket provider, TicketStar guarantees legitimate, face‑value tickets with trusted customer service.

No other sites are authorized to sell or resell tickets for these venues. For secure purchases and peace of mind, buy directly from TicketStar.

TicketStar sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams and other clients. TicketStar does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, call center, retail outlets and the box office. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly.

All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. We can only ship your tickets to your billing address. Certain events may have a published ticket limit at purchase time. Orders exceeding the ticket limit will be canceled without notice. This includes orders having the same name, billing address or credit card.

TicketStar accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. During your purchase, you will be required to accept all terms and conditions before completing your transaction. Orders are processed only after the name and billing address of the cardholder has been verified. TicketStar will only mail tickets to the name and billing address of the cardholder. No other names or addresses may be used.

Customers must bring a valid photo ID to claim tickets and the person picking up the tickets must be the owner of the credit card used for the purchase. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, TicketStar customer service will contact the customer at the time of purchase. If Ticket Star is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.

TicketStar will not mail to post office boxes, unless the PO Box is the confirmed billing address of the credit card holder.

TicketStar uses all‑in pricing, meaning the ticket price shown includes all mandatory fees, such as service, convenience, order processing, and facility fees. Any applicable taxes will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase. All fees are non‑refundable.

Before purchasing, please carefully look over the entire process before you decide to purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final once the transaction is completed.

An event may be canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, or venue operator due to weather, scheduling, or other unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event.
 

No person or persons will link to this site or in reference to it for the purpose of selling tickets of any kind. We will investigate and take appropriate legal action and remove/bar such violators from use of this site. TicketStar and the promoters it works with reserve the right to cancel a ticket order, void tickets already purchased or limit access to any user known or believed to be associated with any ticket broker, scalper, or illegal venture. Individuals utilizing automated means to place ticket orders, or whose ticket order exceeds the stated limit will have their tickets canceled and access blocked to this site.
