Waiting for the Parade

Event Description

Set in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, John Murrell’s award-winning play explores the enormity of the Second World War in ways that speak to all of us about what we do to survive and perhaps to thrive. Waiting for the Parade offers a dynamic, rolling pageant of history and memory presented by five women, each of whom in her own way is pragmatic and quietly heroic. Directed by John Thornberry. Scenic, Projection, and Sound Design by John Thornberry. Lighting Design by Chris Weber. Costume Design by Annalisa Mines
