Rock & Roll Hall of Famers
Up on the Roof. Under the Boardwalk. This Magic Moment. There Goes My Baby. Dance with Me. Spanish Harlem. Stand by Me. The list of hits goes on and on.
THE DRIFTERS…one of Rock & Roll’s founding vocal groups is once again touring the U.S. under the auspices of their original management team.
From their inception in the early 1950's and up until recently, THE DRIFTERS has a symbiotic relationship with Rock & Roll legend George Treadwell, who has discovered and managed such famous artists as Dinah Washington, Sarah Vaughn and Nina Simone. The Treadwell Family was there when the original DRIFTERS formed and was responsible for guiding their career through 20 years of uninterrupted hits that has made them the second most successful recording artist of all time, according to Billboard Magazine.
Once again the Treadwell family will be coming out of retirement to put together an historic reunion at US facilities as THE DRIFTERS return to their roots with their latest American tour. It's been a while since the group toured the country but they are gearing up for a monumental celebration of their 50 year catalogue in support of their new album, The Drifters Salute the Great American Songbook Live.
The main floor and loge seats, as well as all rest rooms, are handicapped accessible. Expanded wheelchair seating is available throughout the theater. Please make any accessibility needs you may have known at time of ticket purchase so we can provide the best accommodations.
Hearing Enhancement System
The Ashwaubenon PAC is equipped with a Hearing Loop System that provides an in-ear loudspeaker that cuts out a significant amount of background noise for audience members with hearing aids or cochlear implants.
How to Use the PAC’s Hearing Loops
Our special Hearing Loop receivers can be checked out free of charge at Coat Check. A driver’s license or credit card is held until the unit is returned after the show.
To utilize the hearing loop system, hearing aids must be equipped with a telecoil, or a T-coil. The T-coil in the hearing aid must be activated by an audiologist and switched on.
If you do not have a T-coil equipped hearing aid or cochlear implant but wish to benefit from the hearing loop system, a special receiver and earpiece can be checked out free of charge at Coat Check. A driver’s license or credit card is held until the unit is returned after the show.
