Semi-Toned A Cappella

Special Guest The Madhatters

Event Description

Semi-Toned is the University of Exeter’s all male a cappella sensation, having won national and international awards for their stunning performances and music videos, as well as appearances on national television, are returning to the USA for their biggest and best tour yet, Season Three. Since its inception, Semi-Toned has quickly become one of the leading forces in UK a cappella: in 2015 they were crowned champions of the Voice Festival UK, and they are still the only a cappella group ever to win a Broadway Baby Bobby Award. Beyond the UK, Semi-Toned are ready to embark on their fifth consecutive tour, this time across the USA, having been hailed an “international success”. These young men perform a variety of hits from the 70s through to the present day combining their tight harmonies with slick choreography and trademark humor.
SPECIAL GUEST!  Joining Semi-Toned on stage are UW-Madison’s MadHatters, with both groups looking forward to this first-ever overseas live collaboration!

Hearing Enhancement

The Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center is equipped with a Hearing Loop System that cuts out a significant amount of background noise for audience members with hearing aids or cochlear implants. To utilize the hearing loop system, hearing aids must be equipped with a telecoil, or a T-coil.  The T-coil in the hearing aid must be activated by an audiologist and switched on.

If you do not have a T-coil equipped hearing aid or cochlear implant but wish to benefit from the hearing loop system, a special receiver and earpiece can also be checked out free of charge.
