Civic Symphony of Green Bay - Food & Music from Around the World

Celebrate global culture with a vibrant fusion of music and cuisine. Students from the culinary arts program at Preble High School will prepare dishes perfectly paired with the orchestra’s musical selections. Celebrity chef Ace Champion will guide the talented student chefs and also perform with the orchestra. You’ll hear Shostakovich’s Festive Overture, the Korean folk song Arirang Fantasy, A Tribute to Louis Armstrong, and much more. Dinner consists of three exotic dishes from Spain, Asia, the Caribbean, and New Orleans, along with a trio of desserts. Full menu will be available on gbcivic.org.
