The Salvation Army is a worldwide religious and charitable organization, motivated by the love of God and a practical concern for the needs of humanity. The Salvation Army of Brown County is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Major Bob Mueller, Brown County Coordinator, directly supervises the county. Within The Salvation Army of Brown County there is the Green Bay Corps Community Center, The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center and a Thrift Store. Through these three locations, The Salvation Army is able to provide multiple programs that provide hope, health and healing throughout our community.
The Army's tradition of helping those in need began more than 150 years ago. Members of The Salvation Army serve the poor and needy in over 120 countries. Nationally, we have over 62,000 employees and over 3 million volunteers.
