Six monster trucks will compete for the Super T Title in this year’s Monster Trucks show at the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena in Green Bay. Three action packed shows will take place Friday and Saturday, February 1st & 2nd with a 7:30pm show on Friday, 1:30pm and 7:30pm shows on Saturday. “Each year we schedule a new variety of monster trucks to travel into Green Bay to compete and entertain motorsport fans around the region. These behemoths will race, showcase their freestyle talents, crush cars and vans like toothpicks on approximately 600 yards of dirt that will fill the arena floor,” said Super T Events President Terry Dederich. “Highlights in the 2013 show include a monster truck called “STINGER” which has features like a scorpion and “CHALK BOARD CHUCK” which is a monster truck that fans can autograph during the pit party prior to each show.” Plus top contender and a television favorite “HOLMAN’S BEAST / LUCAS OIL STABILIZER” will be sure to light up the dirt track. Three additional monster truck stars in the show that will be sure to keep fans on their feet are “STAR MARSHALL,” “IRON MAN” and “BOOGEY VAN.”
Sick-Air FMX makes a special return appearance with their acrobatic freestyle daredevil stunt oriented motorcycle team. Mike Kieper and Ed Rossi are led by ten year veteran and team leader Scott Murray. This team keeps getting better and more daring every year. You could see stunts like “heel clickers,” “seat grabs,” “no hander landers,” “cliff hangers” and several other amazing tricks. The Sick-Air FMX team is well known for getting the crowd pumped up and when that happens you may see several “backflips.”
Another crowd favorite is the local and regional Tuff Trucks. These trucks will be racing around the oval dirt track competing for the checkered flag and trying to pass the finish line in one piece. This part of the show always seems to be a crowd favorite.
Everyone who purchases a ticket in advance will receive a FREE pit pass! With a pit pass, you get up-close VIP access to see the monster trucks, freestyle extreme motorcycles and tuff trucks, talk to the drivers, take pictures, get autographs and walk the track. Pit access is 6-7pm on Friday, Noon-1pm and 6-7pm on Saturday.
Tickets are on sale now at all Ticket Star outlets including the Resch Center box office, by phone at 494-3401 or toll free 800-895-0071 and online at www.ticketstaronline.com.
