INGRID MICHAELSON ACOUSTIC FALL TOUR

presented by: True Endeavors and Frank Productions

Description

Indie-pop singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson is headed to the Meyer Theatre on Sunday, October 7, 7:30pm. Her music got noticed when it was featured in episodes of several popular television shows, including “Scrubs,” “Bones” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Michaelson blazed her own trail by independently issuing her proper debut, the engaging Girls and Boys in 2006. She then released a re-mastered version of the album on her own Cabin 24 Records in January 2007. "The Way I Am" was then picked up by Old Navy, who used it to soundtrack one of their clothing commercials, and Michaelson began making headlines as one of the country's most promising independent artists. A benefit project comprised of live recordings, new songs, and rarities, Be OK was released in 2008.

Everybody (2009) proved to be Michaelson's most expansive, confident effort to date, and she followed its release with another cross-country fall tour. In 2012, Michaelson returned with her fifth studio album, Human Again.

She has appeared and performed on several TV shows including “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” “Good Morning America,” “Late Night with Conan O'Brien,” “Live with Regis and Kelly” and “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

Tickets are $25 in advance / $27 day of show and now!
