Purchasing Tickets

We urge all of our customers to make their purchases through Ticket Star – the only official site authorized to sell tickets for events at the venues we service, including the Resch Center, Meyer Theatre, Weidner Center, and Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center. Purchasing through Ticket Star ensures you are buying legitimate tickets at face value with the best possible service. No other site has been authorized to sell, re-sell or auction tickets for those venues.

Pricing and availability

Ticket Star sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams and other clients. Ticket Star does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, call center, retail outlets and the box office. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly.

Billing and ticket limits

All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. We can only ship your tickets to your billing address. Certain events may have a published ticket limit at purchase time. Orders exceeding the ticket limit will be canceled without notice. This includes orders having the same name, billing address or credit card.

Methods of payment

Ticket Star accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. During your purchase, you will be required to accept all terms and conditions before completing your transaction. Orders are processed only after the name and billing address of the cardholder has been verified. Ticket Star will only mail tickets to the name and billing address of the cardholder. No other names or addresses may be used.

Customers must bring a valid photo ID to claim tickets and the person picking up the tickets must be the owner of the credit card used for the purchase. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Ticket Star customer service will contact the customer at the time of purchase. If Ticket Star is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.

Ticket Star will not mail to post office boxes, unless the PO Box is the confirmed billing address of the credit card holder.

Service charges, handling or facility fees

Tickets purchased are subject to a ticket service charge or convenience fee and a non-refundable order processing fee. Ticket Star may also include facility fee on each ticket.

Refunds / Exchanges

Before purchasing, please carefully look over the entire process before you decide to purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final once the transaction is completed.

Canceled and postponed events

An event may be canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, or venue operator due to weather, scheduling, or other unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. The news media will also be alerted to spread the word.
 

Unauthorized ticket selling

No person or persons will link to this site or in reference to it for the purpose of selling tickets of any kind. We will investigate and take appropriate legal action and remove/bar such violators from use of this site. Ticket Star and the promoters it works with reserve the right to cancel a ticket order, void tickets already purchased or limit access to any user known or believed to be associated with any ticket broker, scalper, or illegal venture. Individuals utilizing automated means to place ticket orders, or whose ticket order exceeds the stated limit will have their tickets canceled and access blocked to this site.
